This allows simultaneous quantification of up to 11 human Apo proteins, including Apo AI, AII, B100, CII, CIII, D, E, E4, H, J and M. This assay panel provides broader dynamic ranges than traditional ELISA methods. These targets have been validated for use with serum, plasma and cell culture supernatant samples.
