This Panel focuses on 8 key targets involved in Inflammation-encouraging M1 macrophage biology: TNF-α, IFN-γ, IL-1β, IL-6, IL-12p40, IL-12p70, IL-23, and CXCL10 (IP-10). It provides higher detection sensitivity and broader dynamic range than traditional ELISA methods. This panel has been validated for use on cell culture supernatant, serum, and plasma samples.
